Custom orders and pre orders time frame could extend depending on the designs. We will have all time frames listed when ordering your items. If you have any questions please email us.

We Only Offer Store Credit, We Do Not Offer Refunds or Exchanges.


Returns/Exchanges Policy 
We must be notified within 5 calendar days of when you receive your item if there is something wrong with your it. Please email us at whitneyjespinoza@gmail.com
Shipping Police
  • We are NOT responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.
  • Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
  • You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship it to you.
  • If you feel you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately at whitneyjespinoza@gmail.com
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer.
  • If your tracking number says "Attempted Delivery, Item Being Held While Addressee is Contacted", that means it is being held by the post office until you contact them.
